Loft

The loft is approximately 420 sq. ft. accessed from the main living area via a spiral staircase. There are two full-pane sliding glass doors opening to a west-facing outdoor balcony. There is a lavatory and a small sink (not in any pictures) in the loft. Two matching overhead skylights(one facing north, one facing south) cast the loft in plenty of natural light. It is currently being used as an art studio by one of the owners.
