Introduction note: My sister Martha was our first family visitor. She came out for a long weekend to see some of the sites. We visited the Killpecker Sand Dunes, one of the unique geological features of this area. Located just northeast of Rock Springs, the sand dunes cut a swath about 75 miles long and 1-2 miles wide.
